Terms and Conditions
We at Luxury Transport work hard for our clients and do our very best to be flexible with changes, preferences and service updates. And within that scope the following terms and conditions apply to all services.
No alteration or modification of service conditions are binding upon Luxury Transport Inc. unless made in writing and/or acknowledged by managers/owners of Luxury Transport Inc. and reflected in an updated confirmation once accepted by managers/owners of Luxury Transport Inc.
Unless otherwise stated, quotations shall be deemed null and void unless accepted by the Purchaser upon having provided an active and up-to-date credit card to secure that service, and are subject to availability until an active and up-to-date credit card has been secured.
All quoted prices are based on the current exchange rates, tariffs and costs of service. Prices are subject to change based on changes in the exchange rate and/or tariffs, as well as possible fuel surcharges enforced by the Passenger Transportation Board. Prices are subject to correction for error.
Luxury Transport Inc. shall not be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by the purchaser and his/her personal belonging(s).
Luxury Transport Inc. is only responsible for fulfilling the agreement for transportation in the event that full payment has been made prior to the said service date, unless a cash agreement on the service date has been made with managers/owners of Luxury Transport Inc. and the purchaser.
Changes and/or cancellations are accepted based on availability and having been made outside of at least 48 hours prior to the service date and at the discretion of managers/owners of Luxury Transport Inc. and must be in writing and/or reflected on an updated confirmation. Prices are subject to change based on these changes, and cancellations within 48 hours of the service date are subject to a 100% cancellation charge.
