Vancouver Airport Pickup Procedures

Vancouver Airport is an absolutely breathtakingly beautiful place, but can get quite busy at times. We’re here to help enhance your travel to Whistler so that the journey to Whistler can be a positively memorable part of your stay here on the West Coast. Vancouver Airport (YVR) at times has initiated pickup procedure changes due to onsite construction.  Our regular meet and greet service is as follows, but if you experience any trouble whatsoever please contact us.

Enjoy our meet & greet service at Vancouver Airport with professional and friendly chauffeurs.  We will monitor your inbound flight and meet you at your baggage carousel for domestic flights or greet you as you exit customs for International flights.  If there’s a change to your flight, no stress, just contact us and we’ll do our best to work around the new schedule with no additional charge.

Whether you are going arriving for your Whistler vacation or a Vancouver or Whistler conference, we will ensure you are properly matched with the perfect private vehicle to Whistler and be actively monitoring your inbound flight for any delays or early touchdowns. Domestic Flights

Your driver will arrive at Vancouver Airport 15 minutes after your flight lands and meet you at your baggage carousel. They will have a sign reading your name and you can contact us at any time with any changes to your flight or if you have any trouble locating your driver in the crowds.

International Flights

Your driver will meet your group 30 minutes after your flight lands in the public arena located at the Main Exit Doors of the International Terminal just as you exit out of the customs area.

Your driver will have a sign reading your group name or company name. You can contact us at any time with any changes to your flight or if you experience any trouble finding your driver in the event of crowds.
